Things got heated on the View this morning, causing Whoopi Goldberg and Joy Behar to walk off the set during an interview with FOX News personality Bill O'Reilly.
In discussing a mosque to be built two blocks from Ground Zero, O'Reilly claimed 70 per cent of Americans don't want it to happen. He really set Whoopi and Joy off when he said Muslims are to blame for the 9/11 attacks.
"That is such bullshit!" Whoopi responded, before Joy stood up, stating "I don't want to sit here anymore."
After the two cohosts left the set, Barbara Walters, always ready to save her own ass, scolded them.
"You have just seen what should not happen," she said. "We should be able to have discussions without washing our hands and screaming and walking offstage. I love my colleagues, but that should not have happened.”
Babs then went on to refer to O'Reilly as a pinhead.
