Cat Deeley and SYTYCD all-star Mark Kanemura
I know it's easy to regard FOX's Teen Choice Awards as frivolous and irrelevant.
But this morning I caught So You Think You Can Dance host Cat Deeley as a guest on Live! With Regis and Kelly, where she appeared so genuinely excited to be nominated in the Choice TV Personality category.
So yes, I just logged on to FOX's website and voted for her.
Deeley is nominated alongside Mario Lopez, Nick Cannon, Simon Cowell and Ryan Seacrest. And obviously we don't want any of those tools to win!
Cat also made the oh-so-accurate point that she does everything the other nominees do, but in heels and a miniskirt.
Oh also, she's sooooo much better than any of them!
And since Emmy continually refuses to recognize Cat Deeley's greatness, I think we owe it to her to get her that surfboard.
