Alanis Morissette has finally confirmed what has been speculated for months now. The 36-year-old Ottawa-born singer is pregnant!
Morissette revealed the news today via Us Weekly in a story entitled "25 Things You Don't Know About Me." Number 25 on the list? "I am pregnant!"
Alanis then took to Twitter to further share the news with her fans.
"yes, happy news....i'm pregnant :) we're so excited to start our family.... xo," she wrote.
Alanis wed rapper Mario "Souleye" Treadway in a small ceremony in L.A. in May.
For the record, Souleye also made Morissette's Us Weekly list. At number six: "The smartest thing I have ever done is marry my husband, Mario Treadway."
