What was Julianne Moore thinking wearing this Balenciaga dress and booties to Fashion's Night Out, last night's kickoff the New York Fashion Week?!
The frock's shapeless and busy and just all over wrong.
The complete lack of effort in the hair and makeup department sure doesn't help the situation.
Shouldn't there be some sort of screening process before stars are let into NY Fashion Week events to help prevent things like this from happening?!
