Former MuchMusic VJ Matte Babel will join Entertainment Tonight Canada next week as the show's Hollywood correspondent.
After spending four years as Much VJ, Babel left the station and spent a year as a remote host for CP24 before moving to L.A. and assuming his new ET Canada post.
He'll debut on the entertainment magazine show on Tuesday February 1.
"I'm truly honoured to be joining the ET Canada team and to be a part of an entertainment brand that is so well respected and recognized worldwide," Babel said via press release. "I'm looking forward to working alongside our American counterparts in LA and continuing to bring Canadians the best in entertainment news."
Babel joins another former Much VJ at ET Canada - Rick Campanelli co-anchors the show.
Meanwhile, his former Much On Demand cohost Leah Miller continues as correspondent with CTV's eTalk.
