Jeff Probst took home the prize, but Ms. Deeley sure rocks a red carpet gown better than he ever could!
The British hostess with the mostess wore a sleek Matthew Williamson dress, featuring cutout back, and details around the shoulders.
She accessorized with dangling Bulgari earrings, and finished the look with super-straight locks.
Deeley knew who she could trust for her big night -- Williamson is actually a personal friend.
"Ready to go! Matthew Williamson is the best friend a girl could have!" she tweeted before the show.
