To commemorate Bullying Awareness Week, a number of CBC employees have put together their own It Gets Better video, above.
CBC Radio producers Andrea Chiu and Ryan Couldrey conceived of the video and shot it, gathering stories and messages from various staff.
That includes Dragons' Den judge W. Brett Wilson, Q's Jian Ghomeshi and Definitely Not the Opera's Sook-Yin Lee.
"I know it's the geeks and the freaks and the goths and the weirdos that get picked on that actually inherit the earth," Lee tells those getting bullied. "We will get our revenge just by simply living good lives."
