The 35-year-old Going the Distance star wore a metallic-printed 3/4-sleeve shift dress from a thrift store, which she paired with $760 Yves Saint Laurent Tribute pumps. Naturally.
Barrymore werked the retro look with a little extra volume in her hair and a pair of bangle earrings.
