Osbourne takes over the campaign this year from former Gossip Girl star Taylor Momsen. Because, I'm guessing, they thought using a model who washes her hair would be better for business.
Photographed by fashion photographer Brooke Nipar, the campaign brings us to Madonna’s roots in New York City’s East Village as well as in a studio set inspired by the East Village of the 80s.
I think Kelly looks great! A definite step up from T. Mom.
And the dress on the right is pretty cute, right?
