On the cover: Ryan Gosling for Esquire

Two Ryan Goslings are better than one on the September 2011 cover of Esquire.

The 30-year-old Crazy Stupid Love hunk, photographed by Perou, reveals a deep love of candy in the magazine.

"Sometimes I think that the one thing I love most about being an adult is the right to buy candy whenever and wherever I want," he says.

I can relate, because when I was a kid I used to think about how when I grew up I would just eat Lays' ketchup chips for lunch, dinner or whenever the mood struck. And now that's exactly how I live my life.

The article also describes how Mr. Gosling is friendly to fans who approach him for photographs -- a tidbit that is great to know, should I ever cross paths with his sexiness.

"It's like being in a dream," he says of being recognized in public. "You don't know anybody, but everybody knows you, everybody reacts to you. You can be walking along in a dream, through a pretty normal world, and then bam, everything seems to be a response to your presence. Everything seems to be driven by you. And that's notable at first, and you deal with it. And then — and it happens every time — you become aware it's a dream. Right about then, when you think you have it figured, and that acknowledging that will make it easier, it inevitably becomes a nightmare."

That's some deep Inception-type shit, yo.
