Zac Efron got a good start to his fourth of July weekend by frollicking on the beach sans shirt for the paparazzi on Saturday.
The 23-year-old actor was photographed in his camo shorts and not much else in Malibu, where he joined his High School Musical costar Ashley Tisdale to celebrate her birthday.
