"You better just take your shirt off now."
So I was LOL-ing watching clips of Anderson Cooper and Kathy Griffin host CNN's new year's eve special, when I had a brilliant idea.
Kathy should totes cohost Andy's upcoming daytime talk show!
Now I like Anderson just fine. He's a silver fox, fills out a polo shirt nicely, and appears smart and articulate.
But does he have enough personality to sell a daytime talk show on his own? This remains to be seen. Giving Nate Berkus his own talk show seemed like a great idea, until the world realized he's as dull as he is attractive.
Throw Kathy Griffin beside Anderson Cooper, however, and he gets all giggly and adorable and you just want to hug him to help him through the awkwardness she's causing.
It's, in two words, great television.
Kathy knows how to push his buttons without overstepping (so far), and she's really representing for straight women and gay men everywhere by constantly bringing up Anderson's gorgeousness.
In reality Kathy's divisiveness as a personality would prevent a cohost position, but come on, she should at least be a regular guest when Anderson premieres in the fall.

(They're in a position that makes me oh so jealous of Kathy).
